Who doesn’t love Halloween? Millions of kids dressed as serial killers, armed with enough candy to keep dentists employed for eternity. What a beautiful holiday. Well, needless to say, SNICKERS wanted in on the action.
We first uncovered the insight that people love searching for festive dessert recipes before Halloween, but don’t know what to do with the leftover candy after. So we decided to spoof the now-clichéd top-down recipe video with SNICKERS’ “You’re Not You When You’re Hungry” messaging.
The clients loved the idea so much they had us create additional videos with actual recipes for people to follow along. The industry loved our videos too and gave us a nice shiny OMMA award for our troubles.
We even made a case study video and paid some dude to dress as Death and talk about how cool our idea was. Thanks Death!
